Loom’s adaptable meeting space is perfect for smaller brainstorm sessions or team trainings for up to 10 people and anything in between. With large, south facing windows the room is filled with natural light without harsh sunshine, and the heat pump keeps it comfortable all year round.

There is FREE all day parking on the top levels (3A, 4 and 4A) of the Pukekohe Plaza (Farmer's building), public carparks in a walkable distance and street parking on the surrounding streets.

Our meeting room is great from two to eight people comfortably or ten if you're feeling snuggly

We'll send you an invoice which is payable via bank transfer or credit card. Credit cards incur an additional fee.

Your booking includes access to our kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all the plates and cutlery you'd need. We can also make recommendations for local catering, cafes and restaurants — just ask when you make your booking

Half day bookings are four hours before or after midday

We can make the meeting room available outside standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) by arrangement, but an out of hour surcharge may apply.

Confirmed bookings rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking time will incur no cancellation fee.
Confirmed bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
